Thanks to Gay Darke Nutrition for tweeting this power bar recipe and letting us share it with everyone on here.

Serves: 10 People
Prepare in: 10 minutes
Cook for: 1 hour

What you need:

• 1/2 cup dates
• 1/2 cup prunes
• 1/4 cup gojis
• 1/2 cup mixed seeds
• 1/2 cup peanuts or cashews
• 1/4 cup cacao nibs
• 3 tea bags supreme green matcha
• 1 heaped tsp vitalise

What you do:

1. Place the dates, prunes, gojis, mixed seeds, peanuts or cashews, cacao nibs, three tea bags of Supreme Green Matcha tea and a tablespoon of Vitalise into a food processor and blitz it until the mixture forms a ball.

2. Take enough of the mixture to form a bar and wrap this into clingfilm or line them with unbleached greaseproof paper.

3. Pop them in the fridge and refridgerate for about an hour.

Tip: You can use more nuts and seeds if you don't have cacao nibs, and add 1 heaped tsp organic cocoa powder. It doesn't really matter if you vary quantities a bit as long as long as you end up with roughly half seed, nut and nib - half fruit.
