Solaine Douglas is a degree qualified nutritionist, who specialises in working with women's health. Solaine is committed to helping women balance their hormones, improve their gut health symptoms and ultimately be pain and symptom free. Solaine assists women of all stages, from early reproductive years right through to menopause. She focuses on using real food first and foremost, along side functional testing and food based supplements. Solaine is available to consult with clients virtually all across Australia and NZ.
