Maria Vernieu

Maria is an Accredited Clinical Nutritionist with more than 3 years of experience, who is passionate about helping people use real, plant foods to feel their best. In 2017, she graduated with an Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine from Torrens University and has been helping people achieve their health goals ever since. Maria is also currently in the final stages of completing a Bachelor of Health Science, majoring in Clinical Nutrition (TBC 2021). Maria has used plant-based nutrition to help her clients with a range of conditions, from skin, digestive and sleep complaints to more complicated conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes (T2D). Her therapeutic approach is underpinned by a holistic understanding of nutritional principles, food-as-medicine traditions and current nutritional science.
