Laura is a Clinical Holistic Nutritionist (BHSc) residing and working on Wonnarua Country in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales. Laura believes in sustainable practices that are going to allow you to enjoy life, whilst reaching your health goals. Laura is down to earth and empathetic in her approach to healing - taking all your individual beliefs into consideration. Laura’s area of interest lies in skin and digestive health - working from a holistic perspective with strategies that shine light and focus on healing from the inside out. In her spare time Laura enjoys ocean dips, coffee dates, time spent in the kitchen and nature.
