Katrina Harrington

Katrina is a Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine). Katrina completed her degree at Endeavour College of Natural Health in 2020, graduating with Distinction and receiving the Australian Natural Therapists Association Graduate award. Passionate about helping families improve their health with practical and sustainable advice, Katrina established Katrina’s Family Nutrition. Katrina sees clients at her home clinic in Cherrybrook, at their homes in surrounding suburbs and online via Zoom. Katrina has a strong interest in teenage and women’s health, with a particular focus on helping to navigate the impact of changing hormones. In addition to seeing clients one-on-one, Katrina runs teenage workshops which educate and empower teens to take control of their health.
