A qualified Nutritionist and Food Scientist (BHSc.) Kate has worked within the health and nutrition field for more than 16 years and is passionate about helping people perform at their best using a holistic health approach. Working online with groups as well as one on one Kate works with clients to evaluate their nutrition and movement to help them achieve a balanced life and make being healthy EASY. Kate holds a special interest in mental health, sports and food intolerances and allergies and presents nutrition talks online and in-person to groups and business'.
