Jaime Rose Chambers

Jaime is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, author and nutrition commentator with a lifelong passion for health, wellness, the science of food, cooking and recipe development. Jaime has been in private practice for the past 13 years, seeing her patients between two medical clinics in Sydney's eastern suburbs. She has a special interest in weight management, gut issues (allergies, intolerances, low FODMAP diet), high cholesterol and other cardiovascular issues, diabetes and pre-diabetes, prostate and other hormonal cancers and autoimmune conditions. Jaime has been the nutrition leader for Go4Fun kids program, was consultant Dietitian at Eat Fit Food and is the author of 'The Mystery Gut,' 'Everyday Food As Medicine,' and '16:8 Intermittent Fasting' and 'The 16:8 Intermittent Fasting Lifestyle Plan.'
