Hannah is an accredited nutritionist with a passion for helping people to feel good in their bodies. She is interested in Health At Every Size and body positive health improvements; helping people to feel and live better without putting as much pressure on weight loss. Hannah works in a pharmacy/ healthfood store to assist people with finding the right supplements and healthfoods to support their health. She also offers consultations, meal plans and recipie ideas to further help her clients to improve the quality of their day to day eating. Hannah is a runner and loves to help amature endurance athletes in her area to achieve their goals through nutrition.
