Grace Field

Originally from the Blue Mountains Grace moved to Wollongong to undertake her medical science degree where is gained in-depth understanding of physiology and anatomy and the bigger picture of health at an individual, community and government level. Through her studies she developed a passion for nutrition and valuing food as medicine. She went to study a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Sydney to graduate as an Accredited Practising Dietitian. Her interests include weight loss, women's health, gut health, chronic disease management, coeliac disease and general healthy eating. With a no fluff approach to nutrition she bases her consults on a combination of evidence-based research and client lead values. She believes in empowering her clients to create real, sustainable changes that work for them.
