Fodzyme ® is the world's first enzyme supplement that breaks down FODMAPs. How to use:

2. Add directly to problem food - The powder works best when mixed directly with your meals.
3. Chew well and savour - When possible, chew well to help the enzymes integrate with FODMAPs and activate instantly.
4. Don't heat up - Avoid adding the powder to your cooking, as enzymes will deactivate at very high temperatures.
5. Dose up if needed - if you're eating a lot of high-FODMAP foods or are extra sensitive, it's recommended to add a booster dose midway through.
