Elle Brown

Elle Brown is a Women’s Wellness Nutritionist specialising in women’s, children’s and family health. With 10 years’ experience working in the health space; Elle splits her time between co-ordinating a children’s healthy lifestyle program for NSW health and working in private practice with her female clients. With a passion for education and empowerment, Elle has spent the best part of the last 10 years working closely with women on implementing easy and attainable healthy lifestyle habits and getting to the root cause of their symptoms and health complaints. Elle is passionate about female fatigue, hormone health, gut health, lifestyle habits, emotional health and eating behaviours. She leaves no stone unturned in your journey to finding the ‘why’! Elle has completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine, and is currently completing a Masters of Human Nutrition and Research at Deakin University.
