Courtney Garfoot

As a student practitioner, Court is passionate about adolescent health and early intervention in the areas of mental health, hormones, autoimmunity, allergies, intolerances, gut health and general health. Court came to nutrition after working in marketing and experiencing her own health. Through these experiences, Court fell in love with the holistic nature of natural medicine. As a practitioner, she takes an individualistic approach to healthcare and looks to treat the root causes of illness using food as medicine. An advocate for real food and a believer that restrictive diets tend to exacerbate stress. Court has a vision for helping people reach their full potential through helping them achieve health and wellness.
