Ceres Organics Freekeh 400g

At Ceres Organics we like our food wholesome and pure.

So our organic Freekeh is just that!

It's made from young, green wheat that's gently roasted and rubbed to remove the tough outer husk, leaving behind a part-roasted kernel.

This unique process allows the raw wheat's naturally occurring nutrients to be retained.

This wholegrain food is high in dietary fibre and digested slowly by the body.

Freekeh has a magical smokiness with a firm, chewy texture, making a flavourful alternative to other grains.
