She has a keen interest and is passionate about improving mental health and wellbeing through nutrition, lifestyle and specific supplemental protocols. Forgoing the “one-size-fits-all” approach, understanding every health journey is different, Rachael focuses on scientific based treatments backed by clinical research. Her approach is holistic and evidence based, using current research findings and functional testing to uncover root causes for many physical and mental ailments and treating the underpinning of disorders. This strong focus on a holistic method of treatment is adapted to each patient’s lifestyle, environment and personal choices, ensuring a tailored plan is suited to each individual. Having worked alongside some of the leading practitioners in Australia, a challenge is welcomed with an interest in multifaceted cases.
