Her nutritional knowledge allows her to create simple, healthy and delicious recipes to help people become healthy and fit. \n\nClaudia has recently published a scientific article, focusing on understanding the enablers and barriers to healthy eating and physical activity of teenagers. She has also conducted nutrition seminars at gyms.\n\nClaudia will become a dietitian at the end of 2021.
